Villa Marina Tuscany was once an old mill. It has been beautifully restored, while maintaining the rustic features that made the house unique. Owners have infused the house with a warm and welcoming atmosphere by adding a touch of elegance. The four bedrooms are large enough to accommodate eight people. The house is located on a hilltop with a beautiful view of Massarosa, Tuscany and the surrounding hills. The main house has three floors. The ground floor contains a double room with a queen-sized bed. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with a queen bed and a walk-in wardrobe. These three bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms. One has a bath. In the family bathroom, there is a large shower that can be used to take a bath in the morning before going to bed or just relax. The terrace of one of the bedrooms offers a stunning view of Tuscany, its hills and valleys as well as the town of Massarosa. Villa Marina Tuscany has another cottage that includes a bedroom. Together, they can sleep up to 8 people. The cottage has a floor-to-ceiling glass wall that offers a wonderful view of nature. These cozy bedrooms are perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long and exhausting day of exploring nearby attractions.
You will find many olive and oak trees on the property's extensive grounds. The large pool is located in the middle. Relax on the poolside loungers or under the shade provided by the large trees. Villa Marina Tuscany is a great base to explore the Cinque Terre and its five picturesque coastal villages. Forte dei Marmi is a coastal town with designer boutiques, a flea market and many restaurants. This luxury villa is close to several beaches - Tellaro Fiascherino and Portofino. Even a day trip can be planned to Pisa (only 43 kilometers) and Lucca (only 29 kilometers).
10/10Perfect location just a few minutes drive from Lucca, Pisa, and the wonderful beaches of Versilia. So welcoming and spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. Having breakfast on the little terrace with a sea view was a perfect start to the day. An added bonus was the lovely swimming pool. Highly recommended indeed. Would definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to be back in Lucca.
10/10We spent the first week of July at the Villa, and we had a great time! The villa definitely lived up to expectations. It is in a great location with fantastic views and was surrounded by a well-kept garden with lots of terraces and a lovely pool. The bathrooms are elegant, with a constant supply of hot water, and the kitchen was well-equipped, particularly useful if you like to cook. A great place to spend a holiday.
