Beautiful old house with luxurious old-fashioned services. Be careful not very practical as a lot of stairs as main kitchen downstairs. The pool was not very clean when we arrived but our contact who we reported it to was very responsive to correct this problem. The welcome was great! Cold drinks and focaccia were waiting for us. Nice hospitality. Everything was done very quickly such as the Check in or Check out. Beautiful, well maintained garden. Very quiet house.

We had a wonderful stay in this house. The house was super clean and functional for two families. The photos don't do it justice, so we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The car needed to move which wasn't a problem for us, but a local bakery that had bases within walking distance made all the difference. We will definitely consider returning!

Very spacious, beautiful and spotless house. Absolutely perfect for a relaxing weekend with friends or family. The location is very convenient as in 15 min you can easily reach the sea. The owners were very welcoming and helpful! We had a very good time and hope to come back soon!

Super nice villa in the big little tower of Sarzana. The pool is great and you'll be 100% right if you like to cook in one of the 3 kitchens!

Top location, with vehicle close to everything and still in nature you have your peace. Cool decorated house, mega pool and very nice rental. Everything is well organized! We can only recommend it!

Beautiful property! A beautiful, spacious and modern house with a very nice well maintained garden. A nice terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors, a rather well equipped kitchen although there are two or three things missing that I pointed out to the manager. The basement can be independent, 4 single beds, a kitchen, a toilet and a door to the outside. The ground floor has the second equipped kitchen, a dining table, a living room with a sofa bed (not very comfortable though, maybe possible to sleep children), and a bathroom with shower. And upstairs, the "real" bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds for children, a beautiful bathroom with bathtub, a fairly wide balcony runs along the two bedrooms and a fully equipped dressing room. By the way, there are plenty of closets everywhere. The property is surrounded by a wall with electric gate and parking space for cars. A mini-market less than 5 minutes walk away offers various products. We are 5 minutes by car from Sarzana, a very pretty town, ultra lively in the evening. Restaurants, bars, pizzerias, shops... The house is well placed to visit the area, the Cinque Terre, La Spezia, Pisa, Lucca, Carrara, the beach of Viareggio is not far away, those of lerici even closer, but crowded in August.
